The Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law (TJICL) is pleased to announce the opening of submissions for Issue Two of Volume 34! We invite the submission of scholarly articles on a broad range of topics, including but not limited to global conflicts, climate change, statehood, migration, international athletics, international humanitarian law, and corporate accountability. We cannot accept submissions from student authors currently pursuing their JD. The maximum word count for submissions is 25,000 words and we strongly prefer Microsoft Word (.docx) format. We encourage you to submit your most innovative, daring, and impactful work for consideration. TJICL looks forward to reviewing your submissions! Submissions will close for Issue Two on January 19, 2026, or when we fill our publication needs. Acceptances are made on a rolling basis.
