Hello everyone,
The Buffalo Environmental Law Journal is open for submissions for Articles to be Published in Volume 29, First Edition, in the Fall of 2021!
We welcome manuscripts on topics of legal significance, especially those address environmental law issues affecting the Great Lakes and Eastern Regions of the United States and Canada. We consider typical legal scholarly articles, comments, notes, and book reviews. Each fact and proposition should be footnoted appropriately.
Submissions should include:
1. A Double spaced manuscript with a title page showing the author's name, address, telephone number, and profession background
2. Citations in conformity with the Bluebook (21st Edition)
3. An abstract of the Article
4. A current curriculum vitae
