Articles grounded in domestic American law that discuss topics related to the current international state of refugees and immigration and accompanying solutions or recommendations will be given priority consideration for Volumes 13.1 and 13.2 of the Alabama Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Law Review. Submissions on topics related to other civil rights and civil liberties issues are still welcome and encouraged.
